We work with businesses large and small, schools, churches, organizations
and individuals. The process remains the same. Your projects are very
important to us as they are to you. Getting Started:
With your project, whether its for a new business logo, an updated identity package for an established company or just a t-shirt design for a school team,we like to make sure we work with you one on one to give you exactly what you are looking for in the design and nothing you don't. 1. The Beginning
The Interview... we get to know you, get details of your projects, what it is about and what you'd like to get out of it.
We make sure we communicate with you clearly tailoring every step to meet your needs. 2. Note to Self
We begin our process by noting down all researched and gathered information possible from you and any other source to make your project it's best. We observe your competition, your strengths and weaknesses and exceed your expectations in customizing our work to wow your imagination. 3. Rough Drafts
In this step, we send out our first thoughts created into first drafts. With a Logo design, you'll receive several options. This way, you can have a visual look and feel of what your logo appeal could have.
You'll receive different font styles, color schemes, icons and layouts.
Each design will be appropriate for it's usage - Web images will be web ready, print designs will be clean & crisp and in a print ready format, apparel designs will be formatted ready for separation. These first draft you will receive via e-mail in the format of a jpg or gif for your viewing. From here, you let us know your thoughts and vibes and any revisions you'd like to see. If it is a website we are designing for you, we will load it onto our live online dummy site for you to browse through to approve. 4. Prep
After revisions are complete an approval form will be sent to you to sign off on. Once that is received by us, we will prep your files to be in all requested formats to maximize it's usage.
If your files need to be sent for production, we can e-mail them prepped and ready for development. 5. Launch & Load!
Your project is complete!
Your design will be sent to you in jpg/gif and/or tif files via e-mail. A CD or Floppy can be sent for a small additional charge.
Production files will be sent to your vendor in the format they request.
Your Website will be either sent to you directly which includes web ready gif images and html files or we can load it directly to your domain for you. 6. Aftermath
We just don't expect you to fly solo from here. We continue to help you with any maintenance you may need from updates on a website, to reorders on printed materials or garments. We're here for you LONG-TERM.
